The Fire at Notre Dame Cathedral

Today was a good reminder to get after that bucket list. You never know when you, or the things you want to see, will no longer be around.

On my first trip to Paris in 2012, I stayed in the Latin Quarter. Notre Dame was the first sight I visited.

For that and other reasons, it holds as very special place in my heart. As does the city of Paris.

In 2017 I spent the first half of Thanksgiving Day wandering around Paris to take photos. Notre Dame was my first stop.
